If you take the shuttles, you will have to change from the South Tahoe Express to a Sierra Camp van at the California-Nevada border in South Lake Tahoe, which is roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes into the 2 hour trip. From the airport to Sierra Camp will take about 2 hours and can be done by shuttle service or by renting a car.
